Service Scope & Platform Role This website operates solely as an online directory platform connecting independent bakeries and home bakers (“Vendors”) with buyers seeking custom-baked goods (“Customers”). We are an advertising venue only. We do not manufacture, inspect, package, handle, store, or ship food items. No contractual relationship regarding food sales exists between the site operator and any Customer.

2. Account Eligibility & Listing Rules

• Single-Listing Limit: Each legal business entity or individual baker is strictly permitted one (1) active listing. Registering duplicate listings, multiple user profiles, or alternate locations for the same core business without authorization is prohibited.

• Accuracy of Information: Vendors are solely responsible for keeping business hours, contact forms, pricing estimates, product descriptions, and portfolio photos current and accurate.

• Listing Moderation: We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or permanently remove any listing that violates our policy terms, receives multiple unverified reports, or remains inactive for an extended period.

3. Direct Inquiries & Custom Contracting

• The platform provides inquiry forms and direct communication tools for convenience. All custom order details—including exact design specs, delivery schedules, price quotes, and payment terms—must be finalized directly between the Customer and the Vendor.

• The site operator is not a party to any transaction, quote, or sale negotiated via listing tools.

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

• We accept no liability for financial loss, personal injury, illness, adverse allergic reactions, or property damage resulting from products purchased through Vendors listed on this platform.

• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform owner from any third-party claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of services offered by listed bakeries.
